My work is founded on the principle of client-focused, somatic (body-based) therapeutic practices. This means that you are always the one in focus; your body and your nervous system are the guide for our sessions.
I believe that you are innately whole. Nothing in you is broken. Therefore, there is nothing you need to ‘fix’. You actually have everything you need - already inside of you.
The problem is… this authentic self may be cocooned inside layers of protective patterns, survival strategies and coping mechanisms that you unknowingly carried throughout your life.
For a time, these patterns and coping mechanisms served as your protection. But now you find they are getting in the way of your relationship with people, with life and with your empowered womanhood.

My own journey has shown me that learning to identify these coping strategies and cultivating a compassionate acceptance of where and why they began, is a critical step to healing.
Our patterns can help point us in the direction of the traumatic events where we began to develop our instinctive survival responses of fight/flight/freeze/fawn.
In our sessions together we explore these events and through various modalities including Parts Work, Inner Child Work and Compassionate Inquiry- we can begin to unravel these automated responses with compassion and safety.
Who is this mentorship for?
Using a unique and intuitive combination of different coaching, nervous system regulation, therapeutic modalities, meditation and movement practices, I work with all women who are curious to dive deeper into their patterns, and expand their capacity to feel and receive all of life.
All sessions are tailored to each individual woman and her unique journey. And by extension, her unique nervous system blueprint.
Recent studies now confirm that every woman's nervous system is innately tied to her hormonal rhythms. Our womanhood is intertwined with our menstruality.
Since the foundation of our work together is supported by nervous system resourcing and resilience, I encourage the women I work with to form a relationship to their cycle- and by extension their nervous system.
Building this important connection helps us align further with the ebbs and flows of our body and mind, giving us more tools to re-wire conditioned patterns and reactions.

Committed Mentorship Container
A committed mentorship container is extremely supportive for those who might be fresh on the journey or for those who have tried it all and are still stuck in the ‘same old ways.’
If you wish to dive deep and transform specific patterns we identify txogether, this is the space for you. It takes time for the nervous system to adjust to new spaces- and personal development work is no different.

Somatic Therapy Sessions
For those who have a background in personal growth work and want support to go deeper into the body but need more flexibility in scheduling, the more traditional ‘book as you go’ somatic therapy sessions can be very supportive for their journey.

4 Months Mentorship
— 2x 1.5 hours in person or online Zoom calls per month
— Whatsapp group for support during your process (max 30 mins/week engagement)
— 1 custom practice protocol to fit your needs (movement, meditations, breathwork, journaling prompts)
— Discount for in person 1:1 sessions (bodywork or coaching) & immersions

OPTION 2
6 Months Mentorship
— 2 x 1.5 hours in person or online Zoom calls per month

— Flexible schedule: all bookings can be done 1-2 weeks in advance. Exceptions can be made for more urgent bookings.
— For every 2 months we work together, you can have access to a free practice protocol that fits your needs

Hi! My name is Natalya.
I am a somatic therapist, bodyworker, yoga teacher, based in Denmark, and curious lover of all things that make us weirdly, wildly, wonderfully human
I guide women around the world back to themselves, serving as a mirror to the wholeness of who they already are inside of them. Our cultural conditioning and patterns keep us stuck in places of the past, my wish is to empower all women to step out of this mire and realign with their authentic expression of self.
All the methods I incorporate into the sessions and mentorships are based first and foremost in self experience. I have been on the receiving end of all of these modalities and I have seen the incredible effects they have when tailored to my own journey. I continue to learn new ways of practice so I can remain accountable and able to support women in all aspects of their journeys.
HOW I WORK
My work is influenced by traditional psychotherapeutic practices such as NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) therapy, trauma work stemming from Somatic Experiencing, as well as combining non-traditional elements of Chinese Medicine and Non-Dual Tantra.
During our sessions I might bring in elements from Parts Work, Inner Child Work, Compassionate Inquiry & Gestalt work, as well as somatic based meditations from the Sufi and Tantric traditions, Body-Mind Centering movement practices, Polyvagal & female nervous system techniques to support you, your body and your nervous system throughout our journey together. I encourage the women I work with to begin growing their awareness of their hormonal and cyclical rhythms, as this can be of great support in working with the nervous system.
My work is trauma informed. This means I have a deep understanding of how trauma works and the profound impact it has on our bodies and our lives. I can support you and guide you through the aforementioned psychosomatic practices and bodywork. However, I am not licensed to practice conventional psychotherapy. For severe trauma or other serious mental illnesses, please consult a licensed psychologist.
