Situated in Fredensborg, Denmark within abundant nature and boasting spectacular views of Esrum Lake (where you can swim), this is a place to completely surrender, switch off the outside world and recharge. 

Offering various mini-retreat packages, we tailor everything to your needs.

You will be staying in your own private apartment opposite the main house. This offers you both the opportunity for privacy and connection at your own discretion.  

To deepen your experience, we encourage you to book bodywork sessions, massages and somatic therapy sessions.

Individual yoga and somatic movement classes are also available to incorporate throughout your stay. This is also a great opportunity to work together in 1:1 somatic therapy or mentorship sessions.

You can choose between self-catering, half board or fully catered meals. 

All meals will be specifically curated to support and nourish your hormonal cycle and can accommodate all food restrictions and allergies.

Take time exploring the surrounding nature - on foot or by kayaks. Swim, sauna and use the art room when available to explore your creative side.

During your stay you may happen to cross paths with some of the yoga and Shake the Dust (™) classes offered on the premises. You are more than welcome to join any of these at a discounted price.
